Our underground bunkers are fully customizable, and the floor plans we represent here depict merely one variation of what you can do with your underground shelter. In truth, you can create anything with your bunker, such as a media room or home gym. Even the dimensions of the floor plan are up to you. Designed and engineered to meet or exceed criteria of FEMA P-320, FEMA P-361, ICC 500, and NSSA standards for storm shelters rated to withstand 250 mph ground-speed (EF-5) tornado events. Our shelter design has been tested by Texas Tech University National Wind Institute for 250 mph wind-borne debris impact and has been Engineer certified to FEMA P-320, FEMA P-361, ICC 500, and NSSA standards.
